The Cox Family Farms 

We will email you a form to select your cuts.  A $150 deposit is due when you reserve your beef.  Since we can't put the cow back into the pasture once it's processed, deposits are non-refundable (unless someone else takes your share)  The balance of $4.79/lb hanging weight is due on delivery.  Please see the Buying Beefpage for more specifics.

$4.19/lb hanging weight.  You will work directly with the processor to select your meat cuts.  We will provide you with contact information for the processor.  The balance is due when the beef is weighed at the processor.
